Brought a crib and the bolts are missing as stated on the envelope not to use substitute parts and to call for replacements. The number I called went straight to telemarking company. No actual person to get the part. Called corporate and still nothing. All I want is the bolts to this crib so my son has a crib to lay In

Purchased a 4-in-1 bed & had a piece break & am unable to contact them to get a replacement... have to throw a decent bed away due to the lack of support

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

On Friday 2/**/14 I submitted photos of the broken toddler bed to [redacted] via email. On 2/** I was informed that the product is no longer manufactured and the warranty had expired.  I emphasized that the convertible feature was not needed until my son aged into a toddler bed. The product was marketed and purchased because of the conversion settings. If the company expected consumers to assemble the toddler bed and the other 2 settings at the time of purchase to ensure there were no defects that was not communicated. It appears there is a lack of understanding re: product use.I requested a final response from the manufacturer by Fri, 2/**. I want a refund of the purchase price so I can replace the toddler bed. Safety rails on a toddler bed are there by design. The potential for injury should be a factor to a reputable manufacturer.

Review: I ordered the BSF Grace 4 in 1 Crib Nursery Set from the [redacted] Baby Gift Registry for my girlfriend in Kentucky. I am in Iraq. It was delivered missing parts. Since it is a gift, she could not return without my receipt, and I am overseas. We call several times to get replacements parts and never got the parts or confirmation that we would get them. No email only ###-###-####. Never spoke to actual human, just recording. Crib is miss the 6MM x 3 inch bolts for crib and the chest of drawers is missing B, G, and H parts. [redacted] was not any help. Keep telling us to call BSF.

I am very disgusted with [redacted] indifference in this matter. BSF has terrible customer service. We are stuck with 2 pieces of baby furniture with out parts.

[redacted] Grace Nursery Crib Set Manufactured May 2013 #[redacted] are the numbers on the crib.

[redacted] .com PO #[redacted] with customer order #[redacted] shipped out of [redacted] sent to [redacted] gift registryDesired Settlement: I need the parts for this set or a complete replacement of the set for the baby. I am in the [redacted]. It is hard to deal with these things over the phone with limited access. No one would help [redacted] because she did not purchase the nursery set. If we can get replacement of the set or parts, they need to be shipped to the following address, not Irag:

[redacted] The set was shipped from [redacted] to [redacted] at this address.

Review: I purchased a three in one sleigh crib bed, dresser, and changing table set from [redacted] made by BSF Baby for my son only to have the upper of the corner front rail of the crib rip out the containing bracket of the side rail. Had his mother not been in the room at the exact moment he flipped head first out of this thing it could have seriously injured if not killed my son! We immediately attempted to contact BSF Baby as this was a very serious product issue and met with the same problems that most of the other complainants here seemed to have faced. "we don't take care of these things by phone" is what they tell my wife "just send us an email and well take care of it right away." This started about three months ago and I am now at my wits end with these people. We went through the first month of "oh well you didn't submit the proper form (which they had never sent) then I fill out form only to be told I need a login id and password to check status of my issue which had labeled "medium priority", but they never sent that either. So by the end of the first month of my son having no crib to sleep in (outrageous) I had gotten nothing at all from these people. Mind you once I filled out the "proper form" they just stopped all contact. So we try again with a slightly less understanding email. They again have the EXACT same run a round but this time their response is we are currently checking the warehouse for the availability of this item. No apologies. no explanations, and once again no login information. Now today another few weeks down the road, and after threatening them with the Revdex.com we receive the same "case closed" email that many others seem to have gotten. Tried to call about the email today, guess whose number no longer connects?? No more information, no explanation, And now it would seem my son doesn't have a bed until I can afford a new one. I am disgusted at not only BSF Baby but also at Walmart for continuing to sell not only an inferior product, but a product that can and probably has injured innocent children.Desired Settlement: At this point I am not even sure a replacement would be welcome in my home, but I also seriously doubt I will ever see a replacement, refund, or anything else from these people. Truly I think This company's products should be put under immediate recall and they should have to refund every single family they have endangered since start of business.

Review: I purchased the Madison 4 in 1 Convertible Sleigh Crib 9/**/11. The crib was converted into a toddler bed in June 2014 as our son turned 2 in April 2014. As of December 2014, both sides of the toddler railing have broken off. To convert the crib to a toddler bed you remove the front side and replace it with two shorter toddler railings. The railings screw into the bed sides through a 1/2 frame, but the weight of the railings are only supported by short pegs that affix to the half-inch frame. The railings are not attached to the bottom of the bedframe. The pegs appear to be inadequate.

Although we have placed a rolled towel on the age of the bed to curb his movement, my son has fallen out of the bed on multiple occasions. Because of the height of the bed and because the room is carpeted, he has not been injured but I have safety concerns.

I've made 2 phone calls to BSF reporting the defect and my safety concerns: 1/* and 1/**. Message left at ###-###-#### have not been returned.Desired Settlement: The bed in it's toddler bed format is unsafe. If a recall was issued, the replacement parts must be sent immediately. If this convertible bed cannot be fixed, the bed should be exchanged. It was our intent to use this convertible bed for many years. It is not safe as a toddler bed and I will not use the next 2 settings without our safety concerns being addressed.

Review: I originally purchased a nursery set of furniture from [redacted] This product was made by BSF Baby. The product included a crib, changing table, and organizer/dresser. When I received this product the crib was OK, the changing table had a piece that had a very large chip of wood breaking off, and the organizer had two of the three drawer faces damaged, one had a lot of scratches and one had a large scuff mark. I contacted the customer service number and informed them and started the replacement parts process. I completed all forms and emailed the forms, receipt and photos of damage to the company. A few days later I was called by customer service while I was working. The representative ([redacted]) asked me what parts I needed, I told her the form said all that and I was not in front of all my info, her response was to call back when I was in front of the info. I asked why she would call me without all the info in front of her and she said she had it. The conversation was eventually cleared up and ended. When I received a box over a week and a half later it had only the part for the changing table in it, and in the wrong finish. I contacted customer service ([redacted]) yet again to inform them that I was missing the drawer faces and the changing table part was in the wrong finish. I was told the warehouse doesn't have the drawer faces and they do not carry cherry finish parts, which is what the part received was in. Representative ([redacted]) told me she would contact the warehouse and try to straighten it out. almost 5 days later I had not heard anything so I called them ([redacted]) yet again. This time I was told that warehouse only carries cherry finish and she was trying to contact a different warehouse and waiting to hear back from them. Two days later I received a phone call saying they are being sent and are being over nighted. I received the changing table part and two drawer faces the next day. The changing table part was finally undamaged and correct finish, but the drawer faces had packing tape in two places across the finished face, thus I could not remove the tape without removing the finish. Again I contacted customer service ([redacted]) and was emailed the number to what I was told was a [redacted] ([redacted] according to email) and told she would call me. Three days later, no phone call, so I called the number I was emailed. This lady ([redacted]?) discussed with me what I wanted done. I informed her I would like the correct undamaged drawer faces along with minimum $50 refunded for all the constant problems, the time invested on my part, and to cover the cost of disposing of the bad parts. The next day customer service ([redacted]) contacted me and left a voice mail saying I should have received the parts and wanted to check to make sure I did and discuss the refund. I called her back the next day to tell her the only parts I received was one drawer face instead of two, and it had a cut down one side of the face. Customer service ([redacted]) told me it was supposed to be two faces, and that she was gonna walk over to her [redacted] and stand there while she called me back. No phone call was received, this was Thursday, so the following Monday (today) I called customer service ([redacted]) yet again. I was told she would contact her [redacted] again to call me back. This is the last contact I have had with them and this was today. This has all taken place over the coarse of at least one month and it is still unresolved or settled!Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me at least $50 preferably more and continue to send the two replacement drawer face to me, which I have not received undamaged yet, until I receive two undamaged drawer faces.
