Bidio Solutions replaced my roof June 2018. Since then I have had ongoing issues, many unaddressed by the company/owner. First, the roof tiles were not properly trimmed and flew off. This was addressed. Over the last year it was discovered that in removing and replacing my brand new swamp cooler that they damaged it upon replacement. Their contract does not hold them responsible but when it was brought to their attention that the swamp cooler was not properly sealed and caused water damage in the kitchen the owner said they would repair it. My swamp cooler contractor did the sealing and also brought to my attention that the roof was not properly sealed where the tiles met the structure. They had to send someone again to fix the sealant that should have been there in the first place. It has been several months to a year now and he is no longer returning the calls from my property management nor has he sent anyone to handle the water that continues to leak into my ceiling or the kitchen ceiling damage. I am being told by another contractor that the drainage was not properly done. Basically I paid for a new roof that is worse than the roof I replaced with zero accountability and response from the company/owner after full payment and a warranty on workmanship.

The Revdex.com has rated this great company as an "F" because they say this company is not licensed which is not true! I tried to call the Revdex.com and explain that the company Bidio Solutions Inc is licensed as BDI LLC (BDI stands for Bidio Solutions Inc) duh....The Revdex.com said they would not correct THEIR error unless Bidio Solutions Inc signed up and paid an annual membership with the Revdex.com in order for them to correct their error! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
Bidio Solutions replaced my roof and did a fantastic job! I worked closely with Daniel M, contract manager and he always responded to my calls and requests within minutes. Very dedicated, hard working, and professional! He patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My roof looks fantastic! His crew worked hard and diligently. Very pleased!
I also interacted with Stefan M, President of Bidio Solutions Inc. and he called to make sure all my questions had been answered and ensure that I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I am completely satisfied! I believe Daniel and his crew went above and beyond for me!

Bidio Solutions has a very professionally led staff. From the second I needed assistants with a roof replacement, they were there every step of the way. From my free roof inspection, to dealing with my insurance company, to helping me select the perfect color of shingle. They even absorbed my deductible so I paid NOTHING out of pocket for my beautiful new roof. It took a VERY short period of time for the entire process and they even followed up with me after the install to make sure everything was still to my satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Bidio Solutions to anyone needing roofing or any type of construction, as they are a FULL construction company. Fantastic job!

Mike B was very professional. He came and assessed the job. Explained the processed. He worked very hard to get us what we needed and want within our budget. Came on the day they were scheduled and our new roof was completed by the end of the day. Awesome job. My husband says if you want a roof replaced right the first time he would highly recommend Mike and his crew to any one. They worked with our insurance and waved the deductible. No complaints here at all!!!

They were hours late without ever touching base, went weeks without returning phone calls, and did pointless work on my roof that did nothing to fix the leak before telling me that they had to do a completely new project that their contractor admitted should have been done the first time.
