My mortgage was with CitiMortgage and my loan was sold to BSI Not even a year later, BSI sold my loan to SNS Financial, and the nightmare begin SNS Financial is trying to add almost 30,to my loan, and I am not delinquent, but neither company will provide me with the information or show me where I am suppose to owe the additional money I had a fixed rate with CitiMortgage I have contacted a lawyer, and he was asking for my payment statement , which I have neither for both company I do have proof of my payments to the companies BSI wouldn't return my calls or SNS

I have been a customer of BSI Financial for the past year as they are my mortgage lenderI have never had an issue with them in the past, however I recently (business days ago) made a request for some paperwork regarding my loanI asked for it to be emailed to me, they said this was an optionI was told it would be emailed to me by the end of the 5th business dayThis seems like a long time to scan and email a few pages, but I gave them the benefit of the doubtOn the 6th business day I have yet to receive my requested documentsI called to speak with a representative and was told that I need to "keep waiting"I'm sorry but my lawyer would have liked these documents last weekIs BSI Financial going to pay my lawyer or my realtor? Is it okay if I decide to not pay my mortgage and have them "keep waiting"? When I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in the records department I was told they were not availableVery professional business here

These individuals have raised my Mothers interest rate from a 9% to a 18% ($dollar mortgage to a $1,dollar mortgage) due to an "appendix review." The whole ordeal has been because of lack of communication and misunderstandingsMy Mother is elderly and doesn't speak English clearlyShe made the mistake of speaking with these representatives on her own- before I became involvedThe original realtor involved to create this loan gave my Mother a (Hard Money Loan) and made the home a (secondary purchase) although my Mother would be living in her home as a primary residenceHe has since been terminated from the loan officeBSI/Civic/ServisOne- has been rude, unsympathetic and extremely callusThis has snowballed to the point where they are threatening foreclosureWe have sent continuous payments to "cure the default" they submittedThe funds are constantly- "not enough." My Mother has been hospitalized with panic attacks due to this ordealShe assumes someone is going to come and remove her from her homeShe depleted her entire life savings on this purchaseThis has been the most egregious business I've ever dealt withI have been communicating with Mr*** *** who seems to have a sympathetic ear to the matterI appreciate his cordialness compared to others within that companyIt has now been over months and although I am trying to pay this debt for my Mother they seem to reject that optionIt is alarming to know that in a world already masked by so much hate this company has their hands in "making money" versus "doing what's right."
