Contracted with Ben *** with BSI Woodcraft to build a custom maple dining room table and bench. Within a week of delivery and final payment we discovered a moderate wobble in the table lengthways that posed a safety concern, bowing in the bench when an average adult sat on it, and bleaching of the table and bench's stain. This was immediately brought to Ben's attention via email and he responded with a potential solution he could assist. Since then, the wobble has increased and the connection joints for the table have begun to separate. This has also been brought to Ben's attention. Ben has ceased any contact with us leaving us with a table and bench he handcrafted that pose a safety hazard to our family with young children and are unusable. It has been 60+ days since this was brought to his attention with multiple attempts by us to reach him without any remediation of the faulty product.

Refund This instance and further examination of other reviews on social media and online has dissolved all trust in his ability to repair the product or communicate. We would like a refund of the amount we paid less his delivery fee ($2367.43) and to return the table and bench.
