Mrs*** has been behind on payment and notified of such ...she has been paying when "She Feels ready"and mrs*** failed to mention she bought this vehicle as a "Straw Purchase" which she never told us and we dont Finance others then the ones on the
contract. She is in default in many ways that we have out lined to her . We have tried to repo the vehicle multiple times from her residence and it is not there it is with her nephew which she failed to tell us
So with this all said we will be taking legal action against her and her nephew if we dont have the vehicle returned to us by 09/15/
