Even though it's only $23, it is still not right what they did. I deposited the minimum required ($25) when opening an account with them, along with a $5 registration fee. I tried using them for a mortgage but they gave me an outrageous rate considering my credit score. My account with them was open for 5 years. I recently requested that they close my account and send me a check for my balance ($25). I then received a check from them for $2. I called them for explanation. They said they sent me a notice a couple of years back regarding a new quarterly fee policy and minimum balance requirement, along with my monthly statements. I have NEVER received a single statement from them. Basically just gave them $28 for nothing. Great customer service!!
