If you take a close look at the picture posted on our site for Feather Girl in color OPit is not black it is more a number Dark brown

We inspected the photo that was sent to us and verified it is the same colors as pictured on our websiteSince the color matches the color posted on the site the item falls under our standard return policy wich can be found

We spoke on the phone a few hours agoAs per our phone conversation it was stated that the order was shipped on Monday 1/*/and will arrive on Monday 1/**/It was shipped via *** tracking number *** The email address you provided on your order was incorrect as you

The order was shipped by *** tracking number *** and it shows it was delivered on 3/**/and left at the front doorA claim was started with *** on 4/*/*** denied this claim stating the package receipt was acknowledged by the customerThis is sometimes done in error and we
will follow up with ***As a one time courtesy we will issue a full refund for your order while this claim is pending

UPC barcode dictates the product identityIf the UPC barcodes are identical on both boxes the item is the samePackaging may change from time to time to make the product look more appealing but the product inside is the sameYou may return the product and we will waive any restocking fees,

When I originally called and spoke with a woman there, she agreed with me that the color does not match the color that is on the website. This color is. brown however the color on the website is a black color base that turns into a reddish blonde.  I have pictures to prove that. The lady asked me to email the pictures and I did. This guy is disputing everything and is not going to support anything his customer says or that his colleague says either.

Once again the business owner is not being honest. I happen to be a programmer and webmaster, and build websites exactly as they have. If they would have responded to my messages. I would not have contacted Revdex.com.  I also want to thank the Revdex.com for helping me out because I saw another person's complaint on here BEFORE I made a complain because I didn't want to take a chance of waiting 20 DAYS for . refund or no response through e-mail ! Revdex.com:

However the hair on the ponytail is an off black color. The hair on the ponytail is clearly darker than the hair on the mannequin.  At any rate, even the hair on the ponytail  from your site, is nowhere close to the hair color of the ponytail that I received. The shade of brown is substantially lighter. You cannot argue that. Even if it does appear to be a number 2 on your website it is. It appears to be more of a number 8 from what I received.

If there is an issue with our products send pictures to [redacted] if the product looks defective we can issue a return label to have it return at no cost to you. The restocking fee does not apply to defective products.
