Correct I am not a client of theirs (you'll notice in my complaint I explained
that)....however the person who used to own the family flat I purchased "Stagg Properties LLC" was a client of theirs and they refused to give me the keys to the family flat I purchased FROM STAGG PROPERTIES "THIER CLIENT" I received excuse after excuse and they also gave me their company name and address so I could attempt to pick up the keys on October 19th....the purchase closed on October 5th and I have text messages from October 19th and 22nd where we were still discussing "getting me the keys" They are a terrible company and the further denial just helps to show the lack of credibility of their company and employees Funny that the 22nd of OCTOBER is the SAME day they were contacted by the Revdex.com that they contacted me with the "Sorry for the confusion text" YET THEY DENY KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION....weird & shameful

Bsquared is not related to the company Stagg Properites, nor to Ms *** I believe she is referring to a client of ours, *** Management Our client has informed us that there was never a refusal to provide copies of keys, but rather that it took some time to obtain them from the company's owner which was communicated to Ms *** Additionally, they were unaware of any claims and would not have associated a solution with said case
The claim should be revised to the appropriate company if the Revdex.com finds it valid, however, it is not a typical responsibility of *** Management to provide keys to a third party, that this was done at the request of their client They also hope that Ms *** finds that they did what was reasonably achievable in the days that they were in communication and apologize for her being inconvenienced
