We were in a bind, with bad credit and needed to purchase a car from a used lotWe went with local BSS auto At first things seemed on par with a buy here pay here lotWe knew we weren't buying from a reputable dealerBut, had no idea what we were getting intoThe first car we got from them was a piece of junkIt had a engine oil leakWhen I confronted the customer service person, she stated that I could get their mechanic to repair at a "reduced" priceAfter a second opinion I opted to get a different carI had to give an additional down paymentAnd was assured this was a fluke and it surely wouldn't happen againSecond car is just as badThey patch together these cars enough to get them off the lotI was late one timeIt was my fault for the late paymentI totally forgot to call in the paymentIt was less than days late when the office "lady" called to tell me they were coming to get the carShe never requested payment just called to threaten and be rudeAfter talking with the gentleman in the other office, I was told she was just having a bad day because Steve the owner just came in and cussed her out and she was taking it out on customers! I would suggest that anyone needing a car bypass this lotTheir cars are junk and customer service is horrid!
