[redacted] Your bartender is lying, if you have cameras look at them. I was sitting there calmly the entire time and there was no dollar sitting by the pitcher. I calmly and nicely asked for $1 and she proceeded to freak out and basically throw a dollar at me while cursing at me. I NEVER called her any names! Do you have cameras??? Because I would loooove to sit down and watch them with you. And when she decided to dump out our full pitcher of beer why wouldn't she just give me the seven dollars back? Makes no sense at all, regulars in a bar are obviously going to take her side since they have no clue who we are. They were all hanging out the entire time together, I never once yelled, cursed, shouted names, got hostile....nothing. You are being lied to, so way to be a crappy business owner and really "look" into it. Did you ever talk to the man that my husband mentioned was there to confirm what happened? Probably not.
I don't know what more I can do for this lady . I said I was sorry for whatever happened offered her her $7 back as far as my bartender goes the money she takes in on her shift is not her's to give back to anyone she would of had to go through me anyway. and to tell you a little something about the gentlemen they came in with joe has been a customer of mine for about 5 years now he is not to be trusted so if he had an opinion on this I would not believe what he would have to say. ive been called to my bar on a few occasions because he was being rude and obnoxious and calling my bartender a bh after he had been told by other customers that he was wrong so his word means nothing to me. ive been in business almost 16 years and have never had any kind of problems especially over $8. I did some checking on my own and found out that this lady has a few disorderly conducts against her so she has no right judgeing me on my performance as a bar owner! once again I will be the bigger person and apologize for her experience in my bar and give her her $7 back but this will be the last time I offer and will not be responding again.

evening this took place but was texted by my bartender after the incident and was email on facebook the next day by this lady's husband. I have been in business for 16 yrs and have never had a complaint on any of my bartenders not say they are perfect because none of us are. I do not condone any kind of hostility in my bar wether its an employee or a customer. this is my bartenders version of the night in question on thursday july 16th around 11pm had two individuals come in and wanted a pitcher of beer and went on to talk to each other at that point I had 6 other customers in the bar. these 6 were playing older music on the jukebox then the lady of the two went up to the jukebox and was playing some vulgar music(and to each their own)after playing those songs she went outside to smoke at that point was asked by the other customers if I could reject those songs so I did and immediately went and put a $1 by their pitcher to cover the loss of her songs. the female came in awhile later and was immediately hostile towards me for skipping her songs ( at this point her husband and another gentleman were still outside) I explained to her that while she was outside I got complaints on the music then she started yelling at me that she paid$1 for those songs I showed her that I replaced her $1 if she would like to play them again. she said no and that this is [redacted] rded and called me a fat [redacted] and at this time now the husband and the other gentlemen walked back in as im asking her to leave the premises neither were in the bar for the altercation. thank you katie j now I [redacted] got the facebook email from this lady's husband he told me his version of what happened and i told him I was sorry and would look into it. so I did and pretty much the samr version as my bartender came from of couple of the customers that were here.like I said I do not condone hostility from anyone but i also feel my bartenders do not have to put up with this same hostility or name calling.I would be more then happy to give her the $7 back and I am sorry it got that far but respect is earned and I think they both need to say they are sorry.
