I'm writing this response in regards to complaint filed on October 18, It is our policy that we put electronic items as a final sale, as indicated at the store front and on the receiptsBSW Beauty is a small business retail store, so we try to be as flexible as possible on store policy to
accommodate the customersThe supervisor was not present at the store when the customer made the purchase, so when she talked to the customer about the return, the supervisor explained to her what the storage policy isOur two employees, stated in the customer's statement, tried to be as flexible as possible by letting her know that she could return the item if it was not used, and in original conditionthe reason why we emphasize this because we are not a big sized retail store, we generally have no way to ask our vendors for credits for products returned by the customersAs in the customer's statement, she was told that the item be brought in the original conditionWhen the customer came back to return the product for store credit, the item was taken out from the package, and the package was "torn Slightly", but rather in an unsellable conditionThe person the customer spoke to is not a pseudo supervisor, but an actual supervisor and a managerTo sum it up and reiterate, we try to accommodate our customer's needs as much as possible, to a point where we try to be flexible with our store policyHowever, we simply cannot accommodate demands that are unjustTherefore, we will not ask the store manager to apologize to the customer as a desired settlementHowever, we do apologize that the customer did not have a positive experience at the store

I feel it is really unethical that you can make decisions on a case by case basisI was told by the cashier, the salesperson, and "supervisor" that it is up to their discretion as to what can and cannot be returnedYour "final sale" policy should be firm, and all your employees, including management should be on one accordWith this being said I am still very irate that I was told that I could bring back the item, and then told I couldn't, and that I was not even able to speak to the ownerIt is a shame I had to reach out to the Revdex.com just to get a response from upper managementThis business is very shady, and your policies should be firmIn addition, my item was never used, and yes the packaging was slightly torn, but definitely resalable, the owner would never know this though, because I never had the opportunity to speak to the ownerFurthermore, you don't ever have to worry about me returning, and I will sure to post my thoughts and comments on any website with the way this "small business" operatesThis company is unfair, and definitely not reputableAn even exchange is all I asked for, I never wanted my money back, and feel I still should receive that, simply because I was told by three people in that store I could do so
