I was sent a chair that had a serious defect which made the chair lopsided. I did as the instructions said such as put back in the box to send back for a refund and filled out the refund form. When I took it to ups to send back I was charged $53.42 to send back. I only paid $10.00 to have the item shipped to me in the first place. I called the customer service and was told that I would not be getting a refund on my shipping cost. I was told on the phone they could have replaced the part that was broken but nothing in the box said anything about part replacement only whole chair replacement and after seeing what a terrible job they did making this chair there was no way I wanted another one. This was a gift for my son for his Birthday and now I'm stuck with these high shipping costs. There should have been a return label in the box so customers don't have to pay to send back shoddy workmanship.
