Review: I purchased a product from this business online back on August 10, 2013. Receipt No: [redacted]. I never received it. I have made several attempts to contact this company by phone and by email with no reply. I still have not received the product as of October 27, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund or receive the product.
Review: I have not received my merchandise in a timely manner. I have attempted to call the company with no answer and goes to voicemail. I have left voice messages and sent emails to get shipping information on my order but no response. The company website is CW Crab that sells fishing lures. My credit card payment went to there paypal account and my card has been billed.Desired Settlement: All I want is my fishing lures that I ordered and for this company to provide customer service
