Review: After doing research for over a week I decided to order from this company because of they promised 100% satisfaction guarantee their website states no hassles. I placed my order on Tuesday, 02/25/14 I received the wrong lotion I ordered JWOWW Natural Black Bronzer with Ink-Drink which clearly shows on my order confirmation and the shipping invoice instead I received JWOWW Black Bronzer Dark Tanning Lotion. I received my order on Friday 02/28. I called them as soon as I received my order there was no answer their message states to e-mail them to get a faster response so I did. I received no response over the weekend called them on Monday, 03/3 after calling all day I finally spoke to Ben he said he had received my e-mail but was busy and did not have time to respond. He promised he would be mailing me the correct lotion right away along with a shipping label to return the incorrect lotion. I waited until Friday, 03/07 - I had not yet received my order I called them back again after calling allday I finally spoke to Ben he said he was not sure what happened but that he promised to call me back the same day as soon as he spoke to somebody else that was away at lunch. I have never heard from them again. I call them 20 times a day nobody ever answers the phone. I have sent numerous e-mails with no response. Very disappointed and aggravated. I paid for my order with no issues they should be responsible enough to send me what I paid for.Desired Settlement: In the beginning I wanted them to ship me the correct lotion that I ordered but honestly at this point I do not feel comfortable enough with this company they may contaminate it in some way. I am horrified that they feel like they can get away with this by not responding to any of my e-mails or answering their phone. I only wanted my order corrected. I have not used any of the lotions that I ordered. I would like a refund for my entire order and I will be mail them back the items that I ordered at their expense of course. Again they had no issues charging me for my order they should be responsible enough to send me what I paid for.
