Hello,

Kevin [redacted] purchased one of our closeout packages, that only includes the jersey and the pant, with NO option to purchase gloves, nor does it say gloves are included with the combo. The combo is listed as “Answer - 2012 "Skull Candy" Jersey, Pant Combo (Youth)” Mr. [redacted] expects us to send him gloves when the gloves are not part of the combo, and the gloves are no longer for purchase as this combo is over 2 years old. That is why it is on sale. The header specifically states pant and jersey as part of the combo.

Also Mr. [redacted] purchased the fox combo that shows gloves in the picture, but does not have the option to purchase the gloves, nor does it say that gloves are part of the combo “Fox - 2013 Vented HC/180 Giant Jersey, Pant Combo (Youth)” Mr. [redacted] doesn’t say anything in his Revdex.com complaint about those gloves not being with his order?

I have attached 3 screen shots to show you what our website says, and options for items to purchase on these On sale combos.

Please let me know what else I need to do to get this false complaint removed from our Revdex.com score.

I am rejecting this response because: It is clear that this business has no issues with the misleading descriptions on their site. Mr [redacted] is just as rude as his sales reps in his response. The complaint was filed before I received the other order so we are clear on that.

It seems that the excuse that the site was put up to years ago is valid to Mr [redacted] and his lack of concern for the customers is unacceptable.

I am sorry that you are not happy about this, but the website clearly has not option for the gloves on these pages.

Yes the photo shows the gloves, however nowhere does it state you get gloves with this combo.

If you are referring to the text below this is because this page was built well over 2 years ago. Once again I am sorry about this but every combo we sell is a Pant and Jersey combo with an option to add gloves for an additional charge. We have been doing this for years now and have never had a complaint about this. If there is no option for the gloves this means they are not available for selection.
