They did not answer phone calls nor advised they were going to cancel the insuranceThey just took the money and cancelled it.The only amount that I am willing to pay is $which half of what my monthly installment, as I only received their "service" for two weeks! The payment that the insured made was with credit card and the payments on the Credit card were deducted from our bank account until they reviewed the issueI am attaching a copy of the letter that we submitted to Merchants Services on May 19, with the evidence of CoverageMerchants Services

I am rejecting this response because:
The information provided by the business it's false. At the time of contracting services, they knew before hand who the driver was going to be Payment of $860.00 was made on March 22. Yet, they waited 3 weeks before they asked for additional payment of $206.25 or they will cancel insurance. Additional payment was made April 14, yet on April 16 they came back saying the paperwork that was turned it to them March 21 was incorrect and that it needed to be corrected or insurance would be cancelled. Bertha was contacted by phone and said the documentation was corrected. After the monthly payment was never deducted, we tried contacting her several times without any response, I found out by Freedom truck that my insurance was canceled on mid April. Therefore, I paid $1066.25 for a two-week service when BTP failed to provide the services as agreed. They indeed issued a refund for $457.58, that leaves a total amount paid of $608.67 for a two week service, again that BTP failed to provide as agreed.Everything they asked for, even after the fact we already had an agreement, was given to them. They did not have the information they needed from me in order, yet I am supposed to be liable for their lack of organization a professionalism? They did not answer phone calls nor advised they were going to cancel the insurance. They just took the money and cancelled it.The only amount that I am willing to pay is $131.64 which half of what my monthly installment, as I only received their "service" for two weeks!
