My husband and I hired this company to remove old flooring and install 20" tile in the living, family, Bth, BR, entry and hall At the recommendation of the installer we chose epoxy grout instead of cement grout because we would not need to reseal in the future Because it was recommended by the installer we , I believe, had the expectation that they knew how to install it During the installation we would point out many times that the tile was not level No matter how many times this was pointed out, as days went by we still had problems with tiles not being levelSome tiles are still not level, not spaced properly, dirt in grout, pieces of spacers in grout The grout was a different problem As I said dirt, foreign objects in the grout The epoxy grout was not cleaned properly as they installed it and so left a thick haze on all the tile The did come back and clean it and did remove some, but we are still on our hands and knees scrubbing it off We will have to re-grout at some point in the future since the grout is not even with the tile, some is cracked In some places there is no grout This I found yesterday when I was cleaning the floor after painting the room We didn't see it before because it was under the furniture I would not recommend this company for tile work I can't say about anything else they do, but I wouldn't take a chance on them
