did not honor contract to fund me
this was a up front fee for a loan from this company I have a contract
A LOANAPPROVAL/GUARANTEEOFLOAN was promised to me to purchase a home in Delaware by ***, BTS Investments, LLC. I moved from North Carolina to work on looking for a home. Right now, my five dogs and I are staying in an ***. I found a home in Delaware and we were supposed to close but on closing date (the real estate agents and title company set up two closing dates), ***, BTS Investments LLC never sent the closing documents or loan money. The real estate agents that I am working with did everything that they could and even more to contact *** BTS Investments, LLC (they contacted them all through the past week with emails and phone calls). They guaranteed the loan. They had me to pay them $8900.00 for the loan: $1900-loan origination fee; $5650-
RDE fee and $1,050 for wire transfer of loan and documents fee.
As I stated, I paid ***, BTS Investments, LLC $8900.00 but received no loan.
I am asking I receive a return of all of my money sent to ***, BTS Investments, LLC $8900.00
Dear ***: Below is a copy of the correspondence between *** at BTSinvestments and myself on Saturday, June 14, 2020 and today Sunday, June 14, 2020. As you will note, they are now trying another game ...now it is my bank has to guarantee the loan to them..... My bank was never involved in this transaction and I will not contact my bank to get involved now. They aren't contacting me to resolve the situation...they are just playing another game. Before, it was the loan was being processed but we had to send more money before they could finalize it. Now, its another game that the bank has to insure the loan. I want my $8,000.00 back.Sunday correspond: I sent this email:Dear ***:I changed my mind about you contacting me....just one more time. Send my $8,000.00 back. My *** is ***. I have lost more than $8,000 and *** is lost money from all the time that he put into trying to get you to close the loan. I got a loan from B.T.S Investment LLC. I almost got discouraged with that customer complaint. According to B.T.S Investment LLC there was some kind of misunderstanding.

Broke a legal contract for an investment loan. Took my origination fee for the loan that was supposed to be refunded if the loan did not go through for any reason. They then after not sending money as the contract said within 48 hours requested more money for closing that was never discussed before. Upon rejection on the closing they still have my origination fee and still insist that pay the closing. I have not needed this since March 17th. They know this and are attempting to scam me out of tmore.
We discussed a loan. They had us pay 500.00 to get the contract started and once we got the contract we read through it and had questions so we called and asked and we couldn't get an answers. And now they act like they can't hear us over the phone .
