I purchased this unique celebrity cruise entitled [redacted] for May 3-2015, to which the promoter BTWconcerts.com stated was "100% non-refundable" and "highly recommended" all consumers purchase travel insurance from their partner [redacted] in the event that we needed to cancelBut now the [redacted] *** cruise has been cancelled by the promoters themselves, and neither the travel insurance company nor BTWconcerts.com wants to refund my money! BTWconcerts keeps promising that they'll give us our funds back, but then keeps making up excuses as to why they "can't right at the moment." First, they deleted their event page from the [redacted]  website before even informing customers that the event was cancelledSecond, it took them almost an entire day to let customers know that the trip was cancelled on their websiteWhy in the world would I cancel the trip beforehand when BTWconcerts.com specifically stated that it was 100% non-refundable purchase and recommend purchasing travel insurance from their partner [redacted] ***, knowing that if they cancel the event, that we won't be able to get our funds from that said travel insurance company? I now believe that they specifically teamed up with [redacted] that in the event that they do cancel any of their events, that we couldn't be refunded our money through them because in the fine print of their policy, [redacted] states that "I" would have to cancel my trip due to dire conditions, like if me or my party die, lose our job, get taken hostage, or are victim of a terrorist attack! And in even smaller fine print, [redacted] claims that there is only a day timeframe from our initial trip deposit in which we could receive extra coverage for trip cancellation situations including bankruptcy or defualt, and that's ONLY if the tour promoters themselves cancel, and are actually completely bankrupt or defultBTW representatives are presently claiming that they are "in litigation", so it will take a long time for anyone to receive their refund, even though they are the ones who cancelled the trip! So they're pretty much stating that we'll get our funds when we get it, and as a customer who signed a contract to purchase a cruise that's now defunct, that's not an acceptable, nor proffesional answer for a reputable company! They could be very well lying and scheming to cool customers down about receiving refunds, then dissapear off the face of the planet with hundreds of thousands of customer's moneyAt this point, I don't believe anything that this company states they will doTheir busness practice is very deceptive, sleazy, and conniving, and I will never deal with their company again! I hope their "business" is shut down for good

I purchased concert tickets for the Arizona Jazzfest last October. The headlining act, [redacted], cancelled the day of the concert due to illness.
BTW told us that to make up for it, they would get [redacted] to reschedule at a later date and give all of the ticket holders free tickets. Several months later, they announced they were unable to get [redacted] to reschedule and that we will receive tickets to the next Jazz Fest to make up for it. Unfortunately, the artists appearing at the new Jazzfest aren't anyone who I would like to see perform. A week after receiving the tickets for another Jazz Fest performance, BTW announced that they were able to reschedule [redacted] for a new concert. Instead of giving us tickets to that as they said from the beginning, they offered us a discount to purchase. I inquired about this and have been ignored completely.
Very disappointing.
Also, the face value of the original tickets I purchased was $65 each plus fees. The free tickets they replaced them with are cheaper, worst seats.
