When Bubba Dump was called by the contractor to retrieve the dumpster from the complainant's yard, the truck wheels and/or the dumpster dug a few inches into the soil and caught a shallow-buried electrical wire which the complainant knew or had reason to know was thereAccording to the truck driver, the electrical wire was not visible when retrieving the dumpster
