Dear Representative of Revdex.com of Utah,This email is in response to a customer complaint issued to the Revdex.com of Utah I received a letter in the mail dated December 19, The complaint number is [redacted] .We are saddened that one of our patrons had a negative experience at our synthetic ice rink We are also disappointed that if the patron had such a horrible experience, why they would not give us this feedback directly We could have tried to resolve their concerns directly and at the very least have given them their money back.At any rate, it appears that the customer was anticipating a 'real ice' experience We state in all of our marketing plugs and media including our website that the surface material is made of 'synthetic ice.' It is a material produced by many manufacturers that is distributed all over the world and is used by recreation facilities and professional athletes and organizations for training purposes world wideIt was never Tuacahn's intent to deceive anyone otherwise We use the term ice skating because we use real ice skates on this material There is no other term I am aware of for real ice skates The vast majority of our ice skating customers understood and understand it is not real ice before they come For the very few that did not understand this concept and felt in some way wronged, we have worked to resolve their concern.We hope the patron finds this response satisfying and if she would like to discuss it more she is welcome to call me 435-652-3209.Sincerely,Joseph S*HR/PR Director
