hello, I am responding to your e mail she can taKE the converters to [redacted] and if they give her a writen statement saying those are factory converters, I will fully re emburse her. even though we have no proof it was replaced here at bubbas. those are aftermarket converters, which means someone did replace them. they are not factory.  if she gets a print out from a ford dealership that says thier factory I will fully pay her same day. thanks

B[redacted] said he has already requested a copy of the receipt from his accountant but cannot guarantee when it will be provided because it is a paper receipt and from a year ago.Mr. B[redacted] said he will consider what his  business can do after the receipts are provided.

My husband did go to [redacted] and they did have the parts they replaced that were supposedly just replaced from Bubbas. I have some quick pictures so you can see they are not new.
