Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:***, It would be appreciated if you had the facts pertaining this vehicle correct before replying back with informationWe did in fact have an issue with the car wash several years ago with a small car, that was taken car of and we had no further issue, hence we continued to use and even helped advertize the bubble bath carwash We have been going to Bubblebath very happily for years with this van and lift, and have never had a problem until this incident when the staff member did not know how to operate the carwash - the staff member did not know what to push in order for the brushes to not go around the back of the van and called the manger, [redacted] who then went over to help push whatever buttons that are pushed for this vehicle This issue is not resolved and I will make sure every veteran and military base know the manner in which military and disabled vets have been treatedV/R [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because:  It cannot be repaired.  We did not take it to random people.  We took it to a [redacted] who are EXPERTS in GLASS WINDOWS and I have used before.  We also took it to the HONDA dealership we get our vehicle serviced at who are EXPERTS in HONDA VEHICLES.  The crack is too long and too deep to repair.  His carwash damaged my back windshield and it needs to be replaced.  I do not know what he does not comprehend about that.   It is self-evident.
