They have called me to tell me Then my computers been hacked from some where in California. When I paid them to protect my computers for life and repair what ever goes wrong with them, now I have more problems with my computers. Then I ever did. And they called me and said that they can fixed my computer and add all this other protection.
But I have to pay them almost $500.
More . When I paid them once to protect them and now they want more Money!
I think I’ll call BBI and see how they can help me with bubble pc. So people don’t make the mistake I made.

My experience with Bubble PC was excellent. They cleaned my machine and internet connection, put AVG on the system and spent 3.5 hours working on my machine BEFORE they asked for money. They even helped set up Chrome for me. I paid gladly.
The support was executed in a very patient and efficient way everything was great.”
I have always received First class service and support from Bubble PC.

Review: I went online to purchase a [redacted] Anti Virus Protection, or I called , now I can't remember which I did, anyway I got this person named Harry he was very nice said he would help me, I had a hacker attack my computer, he would take care of my needs and I could purchase for 99.99 I would get a protection against future hackers, and my computer would be safe from all anti virus, spyware malware etc. he went on my computer assisted live downloaded a [redacted] logo and everything, well I kept having problems still with computer, he gave me his direct line and said that he personally would take care of my computer etc, I ended having to get a new computer was leary about letting anyone on my new computer called [redacted] and found out the product I had on my computer only covered the basic spyware and malware, I was scammed by him, called to cancel with him and he said that he was [redacted] tech support which he was not when I called the number its answered Bubble Pc, [redacted] has no record of this 99.99 purchase, its not even registered through [redacted] at all.Desired Settlement: I ended my last call with Harry after he told me he was [redacted] support which I kneww he wasn't I talked to [redacted] support for 6 hours on Sunday 7/**/15 at various times trying to get credit for this transaction, and they kept telling me I never purchased anything from them on that day. So Bubble, Pc is saying they are [redacted] and selling their products but aren't really [redacted]. maybe they are selling something but I want no part of it I no longer own the computer it went back to [redacted] I purchased a new product for a 1/4 of the price through [redacted] and it will be covered by them.
I want a full refund to my Dad's credit card

Bubble PC has two phone line: the one displace on its website is 1-888-411-7077; another one is 1-888-203-9661. When I did a search on last one ending 9661, the caller name Harry Smith Microsoft holds this phone #. I called this 1-888-203-9661 many times and asked the same question about they companies name? They always bifurcated to tell me different answers. Most of the persons from 1-888-203-9661 has Indian accent. They sometimes claimed they are Microsoft. I then asked "Microsoft of what? Microsoft corp or Microsoft LLC? Then they claimed they are Microsoft partner, and sometimes they claim they are Bubble PC, or they sometimes claimed they are Microsoft partner using Microsoft tools and worked with Bubble. Anyway, I paid them for lifetime warranty service a year ago, my computer got hacked twice. First time an Indian man claimed he is from BubblePc, he said the company closed down, and he need to get me a refund. So I let him to access to my computer, and this guy catch my password on Western Union account debited $900 to Indian and use my name as the fake Indian receiver (i'm not an Indian and I have nothing to deal with Indian). Bubble PC has denied they leak my information to the indian hacker.
Today (4/5/2017) I was unable to lock in to my computer by using the same password, I called 1-888-203-9661. A indian guy answer the phone, he asked me my password, I gave him. I surprised saw this guy be get into my computer and to type in the password! He still can't log in. Then he said my password is not correct .. (not true!) He then said he will put me to a technician. He tried the same thing twice, then he said he will let the supervisor to call me. after 20 mins, the same guy call me, this time he claimed his is a technician, and asked a permission to access to my computer. I told him that he already be able to get into my computer to input password before I get to my desktop and before opening my browser. He never be able to gave a reasonable answers. And they weren't talk nice too. I denied his access. Amway, by using the same password I wasn't able to log into my computer until this evening! I felt they has been accessed to my computer during the day time till the evening today. In the early evening, I input the same password few times and finally login to my pc. I saw my desk top frizzed few times, and I saw the computer screen sometimes turn dark, sometimes turn white, and it become normal and stable tonight. This is horrify!
Can you imagine that someone can access and log into your computer before you turn on your browser! If Bubble PC is not a hacker, someone work for this company must invoked in hacking!
