To Whom it May Concern,DigitalWork, home of *** was going thru a major overhaul moving from our current server boxes to the cloud, (*** Web Services), we also are redoing all of our tools: photo albums, blog, web page editor, links, shopping cartEmails were sent out to our customers
notifying that we were going to be under maintenanceUnfortunately, we did have some unforeseen problems arise, one being a few sites were not displaying on the webAs you may guess our phone lines were ringing off the hookWe are a small company and everyone was working overtime to get back to our customers as soon as possibleI apologize for not getting a hold of Leeanne in a more timely manner. As soon as I found out about Leeanne's site I contacted her and we worked to retrieve the websiteI also gave her a month free for the inconvenienceI am sorryThe website is live and running so her customers can view her site and contact her. There is continued maintenance which we are working on and I have let Leeanne know about this continued maintenance as wellWe should be completely running by the end of this weekI gave her my direct email address so if anything happens in the future she can contact me directlyPlease let me know if there is anything else I can do to resolve this situation. I am very sorry that your website is not preforming as it shouldZoomshare is having a system wide problem meaning every website including laneline beagles and zoomshare.com (our website)We moved from our own servers to the a cloud based systemThis move did not go wellWe hoped there would be
a fast and quick resolution but unfortunately that did not happenWe have hired new developers to help resolve these problemsI assure you it our top priorityWe have refunded your account for for Sept and October and you will not be charged for NovWe have all of your content and we are working to get it to display properlyWe are making progress and hope to have a resolution very soon but unfortunately I do not have an ETA on when it will beWe appreciate your business and your patience as I know this is a very frustrating timeBest, Cindy

Andy and I spoke several times via email and phone. There was a particular high call volume based on the fact that all of our websites were having problems. We did do a system overhaul and the overhaul did not go as planned. We hoped there was a quick and easy solution unfortunately it did not turn...

out that way. This problem did not just affect Andy's website it affected all of our customers and we hired more developers to help get to a resolution. Again problems had arisen. He told me he was going to leave us and I understood. He cancelled his account on Nov 3, 2017. Typically, when a customer cancels we take down their website but because I've worked with Andy so much and knew he was having problems I left the website up at no additional cost which also included email. We did not shut his email off. We did not purposely do anything to harm his company.   After Andy reported the email problem other customers reported the same email problem so there is something wrong with email. We were not targeting Andy in any way. Our technicians were notified and I was told if he logs into the console he can get his email. I sent him an email letting him know that he could retrieve his email through the console.DigitalWork is definitely going through some painful problems which is affecting every customer. We are very sorry. We are working around the clock to fix the issues.  Andy was refunded for September $49.95 and October for $49.95. It may take a few days to see Septembers $49.95 refund.

[redacted] Thank you for everything Cindy but I can't not open the Email up at all in the Tool page at all it wont let me in at all.  I need to check my Emails and I can't at all.  I need to Approve my Domain name for my site and now I can't even do that at all.  So now I have to register a new name for the web site
