This is exactly why these guys are scammers and should be removed from the yelp business website.

Here is their website that they closely manage. The address on this website it a fake residential address.
I am only filing this complaint so that nobody goes through what I had to because of these scammers.
Please have them removed from yelp or any other social media. They are complete scammers and need to know that this is not acceptable in any way.
Please help make NYC a better and safer place to exchange business.

Review: A voucher was purchased through living social for 2 hours of moving services that was never redeemed. The voucher was selected as redeemed for services as per living social but I never requested or redeemed any moving services from this company. After several failed attempts and calls to inquire why this happened. I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to provide services as listed on the agreement for the voucher purchased. The voucher was listed as redeemed from the vendor however no such request was made to redeem services. When I called to inquire about why this happened, the company failed to call back or provide any further explanation. I would like the full refund for $89 I spent. Review: These guys are a moving company, and we had been promised a moving slot between 4-5pm last friday, 2/**/2014. The short story is they never showed up, and created chaos for us. We first had to move all of my stuff down into my building lobby because I had to return my keys to the landlord by 4pm. And we scheduled this ONLY because they had promised us the 4-5pm slot. Then we had to sit in that lobby from 4-11pm... 7 hours, before we finally realized that they were not coming. I should have known that when the guy's phone was off the entire day.... The moving company guys finally first called at 5:15- after they were already late. They told us they were running late and it would be 6:30pm when they arrive. When we called them at 6:40pm he said they were running late and would get to us 9pm latest. When we called at 9pm, he didn't answer the phone and just sent a text saying he really didn't know when he would end the previous job. And then never picked up the phone again through the rest of the night, nor called us. Ever. It took us 2 hours to find a method of transportation at that time of night, a miracle of some amazing friends being able to help us, and 4 back and forth drives to get all the stuff, walking up 4 flights of stairs until 4am. We still couldn't finish everything as we are not professional movers, so we had to leave stuff in the new building lobby, and then have two guys come and bring the rest of the stuff up first thing in the morning. I have yet to even receive an apology from any of these guys. They are truly the most abominable people I have ever had to communicate with. I genuinely hope evil businesses like this close down so that nobody has to go through this ever again.I can provide you with email and text correspondence if you need.
