priced them and told her the decks would need sealing after being washedBut they would have to thoroughly dryUpon finishing the pressure washing, there was about a month that every time I would set up a date and time to go by and seal her decks it would rain and rain lotsShe can tell you this is true, also. The price had absolutely nothing to do with the sealing. I told her there would be no charge for doing the sealing, as it would only take minsmax to do the sealing, cause I use a pump up sprayer to do sealing. I told her I would come back and seal them after they dried, if she would purchase the sealerI went back on three different occasions, and she had gotten the wrong type sealer (not stain, as stain was never ever mentioned). As far as money she thinks I took from her, im sending the receipts as proof. I did go to Elkin LowesI went to customer service and the lady said she would have to give me back cash as the debit card she used to purchase hers was not mine and I did not have it. So as you will see, I did as I said, returned the sealer that she got wrong and purchased the correct sealer and had too put my extra money with the money from returning the wrong sealer within minutes of receiving the money from the wrong sealerI absolutely do not have a problem with making this right by sending client her money back. I am rejecting this response because: Mr. G[redacted] still hasn't returned my $49.00 for getting a cash refund form a receipt that I trusted him with. He was suppose to just do an exchange. I didn't need 5 gallons of sealer to do my decks according to what he told me.It is my opinion that he could return the sealer & get both our monies back. Then we would be through with this matter.
