The issue above has been taken care of. The storm that broke was replaced and brought back to the customer on 8/25/14. This was a special circumstance. This took longer due to extensive research. We had to find a window company that...

could repair a storm that uses a thinker glass than what is normal used. This was already resoved.

Christian and his colleague did a great job cleaning out our gutters. He made sure to really check our gutters thoroughly and found some tennis [redacted] that were lodged into our downspouts. I would highly recommend them. Bubbles staff people that you talk with when calling in to make an appointment are also very professional and friendly, and they do a great job both scheduling and confirming your appointment.
