month so he has been billed correctly. $25.00 per month plan includes undercarriage wash and tire shine. All of our machines are working 100%. On 5/7/2017 at 11:42:08 AM customer came in for the car wash, we washed his car and provided him the same exact service we have been providing him since 09/12/2015. After the wash, customer said that the tire shine is not on the tires even though it was, we rubbed our finger on his tire and proved to him that tire shine was applied by the machine, he then asked for additional tire shine to be applied by hand, this is a additional service which is $3.00, customer refused to pay additional $3.00 and started screaming and yelling at the workers and calling them "you, . Workers called the manager, manager tried to talk to the customer, customer started cursing the manager and showed middle fingers. Customer was informed that his membership will be canceled and he is free to leave.
