This business has a custom of emailing discount coupons to customersI requested a laundry pick up on 10/**/pick up and told them I have received a 20%off coupon via email and wanted them to honor itHowever the owner told me that in order for the coupon to be honored I had to print itI explained I had no printer and that I could email the coupon back to them as I received them so they would see I wasn't lying about having a coupon in my possessionHowever, the owner insisted that it is customer policy and that they always do it this way; " print the coupon and put it in laundry bag for when we pick up" She then said it was ok if emailed the coupon backThen when they called me to tell me the laundry was ready on 10/**/she proceeded to repeat that it was policy that I had to print it, that she didn't receive the email and that they have to many customers to care! I have a read receipt of the email so they did receive itShe kept repeating " it's ok just print coupon for

by than I call the lady on the phone said the price was to get your laundry done so I said go head and do my laundry when I get to the place they had a new price of in all my year of living I never had that much laundrywhen I ask the lady some question she got loud the point is or I would had look my laundry elsewhere

Review: I sent my laundry to be laundered and my dry cleaning to be dry cleaned. Unfortunately I was charged for a dry cleaning service which never occurred and an expensive blanket was damaged in the process. I reached out to the company to report my issue concerning this matter and was promised someone would return to as the problem but was totally ignored instead. I have not recovered any compensation for my damages nor was I even apologized to for the mishap.Desired Settlement: I was charged the sum $136.86 for services not correctly rendered. The Blanket cannot be replaced but cost me the sum of 250.00 I would like my full amount returned for services not rendered which was the tune of 47.00 in addition apportion of the cost of my item being destroyed (one hundred dollars).
