stated in store and on our website.  At drop off, the customer asked for additional services of trimming hair, shampoo upgrades and the FURminator service.  All these are not included in the basic price, and the prices are stated in store and on our website.  When dropping off we mentioned that this service was extra.  In the past the customer has also asked for these extra services and charged for them.  The customer was discounted at checkout.  I attached his receipt.  This customer obviously has a issue with our services and wishes to file false information.   Keith
