Buchalla Small Engine, Inc.

I made a purchase from Buhalla on the web site for 2 part's thay said that thay have new and in stock. I said great send them to me 4 days later I get my order and thay sent me a used part that cost me $53.00 +shipping. I called was told to send back for refund. I said I would like what I ordered a new one. Was told no.cum to find out that the part has been on the shelf for over 3 years and not in it's original packaging and was taken off a old unit.I will never buy from them.

Dropped my small walk mower off on a Saturday. Hit something in my yard. Was told I was lucky, it would be ready next Saturday. I called them Saturday, hadnt heard anything and was told it would be another week. Called them on the third Saturday was told that it was unrepairable. Went and picked it up. They never called us and they kept our $30 deposit. An experienced eye should be able to spot that the crank shaft was bent at a glance. Two weeks of non communication and growing grass is very unprofessional. If we hadnt have called them???? We asked the guy in charge why we werent called. He said hed look into it. He went in the back and sent a worker out with the mower. Didnt even offer to help put it in the trunk for wife. Poor customer service all around. Not their fault it was unrepairable... but when were they going to tell us and how much should it cost for them to just look at it? Or offer it off another mower?
