Dropped my small walk mower off on a SaturdayHit something in my yardWas told I was lucky, it would be ready next Saturday I called them Saturday, hadnt heard anything and was told it would be another week Called them on the third Saturday was told that it was unrepairable Went and picked it up They never called us and they kept our $depositAn experienced eye should be able to spot that the crank shaft was bent at a glance Two weeks of non communication and growing grass is very unprofessionalIf we hadnt have called them???? We asked the guy in charge why we werent calledHe said hed look into itHe went in the back and sent a worker out with the mowerDidnt even offer to help put it in the trunk for wifePoor customer service all aroundNot their fault it was unrepairablebut when were they going to tell us and how much should it cost for them to just look at it? Or offer it off another mower?
I made a purchase from Buhalla on the web site for part's thay said that thay have new and in stockI said great send them to me days later I get my order and thay sent me a used part that cost me $+shipping I called was told to send back for refundI said I would like what I ordered a new oneWas told no.cum to find out that the part has been on the shelf for over years and not in it's original packaging and was taken off a old unit.I will never buy from them
