Shop had found a way to complete the work in less time than the standard flat rate called for, and gave the savings to the customer. I am sure this is a rare experience for most auto repair customers, Conclusion: Top flight mechanics, they know their business. Honest and reliable, they will take the time to explain things to you. My first visit, many, many years ago, was after taking one of my Civics to the dealer for a free (quick) oil change - after taking over an hour and a half, I was presented with $800 of "needed now" repairs. I went to Elevation Honda for a second opinion, the repairs were not necessary. Been going ever since.
