We have reviewed the complaint [redacted], filed with your office. I disagree with her assessment but will gladly work to help her cancel her service contract with [redacted]. We sold her a pre-owned vehicle in 2016 and the service contract. I do not recommend she cancel her contract with [redacted]...

though, especially since she recently used it. I believe they covered the cost of a rental car plus the repairs to her [redacted]. Therefore, I am unsure of the basis of her complaint and find her requests to be unreasonable. However, we are grateful for the services of the Revdex.com as you work to resolve complaints between local businesses and customers like her. I am rejecting this response because:We still have not received our money. We were told it takes 4 to 6 weeks for [redacted] to refund a check. I called [redacted] and they told me the dealership has to refund it. I talked to the dealership and they said they are waiting for [redacted] to cancel it.When I talked to [redacted] they said it was canceled on aug.16th. We are at the end of September, they are still jerking us around. This has gone on long enough. They only talked to us after you contacted them. This still is not  resolved no matter what they told you. Thank you for all your help.
