This company is awfulIt seems that they have only one or two agents who consistently answer the phoneYOu cannot speak to anyone in upper managementThey will only transfer you to the voicemail and they never call backI have been trying for the last to months to get them to approve a short saleThey will not do itThey would rather foreclose on a property that they cannot get any money on because it is in an underprivileged area of the cityThey are my second 20% mortgage holderThe buyer had cash money, the agent is giving them her commissionThe agent has pulled out of the dealAnd when I called back, they got smart with me, They are ugly and awfulWhile they think they are untouchable, I know God!
