Had my tub refinished Shortly after, bottom started holding stain turning gray where you stand to shower was advised to use fantastic spray cleaner and no abrasive the stain would not budge and I also noticed a rust spot like a split in the paint Called Scott He came to look at it, went to his truck, came back in with a portable can of finish He sprayed the stain and the rust spot saying, that should fix it Since then, the spray he applied has peeled, the stain is still there and the rust spot has turned into a bubble I have called numerous times and left messages with no returned call Coincidentally, my year warranty runs out September 1st of this year Lousy business ScottPaid you $and received a five year warranty and you disappear! Think twice people!
The refinishing on the cabinets was not up to my standards due to the uneven coating & paint splatter on adjoining surfacesAfter return trips most of the uneven finish was taken care ofThe fill in on the doors was not done
I'm sorry for the issues and not being available to respondI myself am unable to come out due to medical issues but I will bring it to my partners attention so he can call Mr Hutchinson to arrange a repair or solutionI will need ** *** phone number
Horrible experience Within a year, the surface stained and started to peel I had the contractor out to look at this - it was supposed to be covered by a year warranty He convinced me to wait because the spots were small and to call if anything else happened I noticed some additional peeling and two additional stains and spots that were wearing off Called a few times, no response Called again and asked him to recommend someone else who could fix it No response
This contractor should have an F rating!
