This is my response to the ridiculous accusations. #1 There were never numerous calls bold face lie! , One call rite before 5 year warranty came up and complaint was filed which we have responded to offering some compensation. #2 Call and complaint came rite as  5 year warranty...

was coming to an end and now wanting us to pay for a complete refinishing of the tub. #3 A 5 year warranty is a WARRENTY for 5 years that we will come back to maintain if any issues not that after almost 5 years we will start from scratch for free or buy you a new tub. ,,if tub fails in one year we repair for free over 5 years we warranty that we will return if issues but a charge is to be implemented depending on the time frame the warranty has been in place , what the cause of failure was and why the failure occurred. A 5 year warranty provides a one year guarantee and again 5 year warranty to come for repairs if necessary not a new tub in 5 years. This is an obvious ploy to get us to pay for the refinishing of the tub when again the 5 year warranty is come up. This customers is posting negative reviews about our company to try and get another refinishing job done for free. She has been  given an offer to help contribute to having the tub done again even though our warranty is come to an end. If this is not sufficient then there is nothing more we can do to help. If the harassment and online bashing continues we will revoke the offer and have our attorneys take this in another direction.

Had my tub refinished. Shortly after, bottom started holding stain turning gray where you stand to shower. was advised to use fantastic spray cleaner and no abrasive. the stain would not budge and I also noticed a rust spot like a split in the paint. Called Scott . He came to look at it, went to his truck, came back in with a portable can of finish. He sprayed the stain and the rust spot saying, that should fix it. Since then, the spray he applied has peeled, the stain is still there and the rust spot has turned into a bubble. I have called numerous times and left messages with no returned call. Coincidentally, my 5 year warranty runs out September 1st of this year. Lousy business Scott. Paid you $400 and received a five year warranty and you disappear! Think twice people!

After seeing the invoice to the tub it came to my attention that it was actually Gabe who resurfaced the tub and signed a contract,Gabe is not and has not been with us for a few years now, regardless My final offer to help with the refinishing of the tub is $200. If so please provide full name and address to send a check,this is the absolute most we are willing to help with and as far as I will continue to address this matter.

The refinishing on the cabinets was not up to my standards due to the uneven coating & paint splatter on adjoining surfaces. After 2 return trips most of the uneven finish was taken care of. The fill in on the doors was not done.

We make it a point to stay on top of our clients needs and concerns at all times. We have just recently received one! phone call with a message from this client over the past holiday week at which time we are closed for business as we.are all out of town with family for the holidays.
