To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter as the owner of Buchmyers Construction, Kevin B*** Jr*** *** *** was never a customer of mineInfact, I did a large amount of work for his neighbor *** *** who had a roof replacement due to leaking***'s house
was connected to hers so therefore the two roofs are attached to one anotherDuring the project we never once blocked his driveway, we parked in the homeowners drivewayDuring the installation of her roof the ladder had slide and put a minor dent the size of a dime in ***s gutterWe spoke to him about the situation and we replaced itWe also replaced his outdated ridge vent and gave him a copper ridge vent which was more than upgrade from his previous product*** was going to have his roof replaced by our company as well, and later decided he didn't want to invest that much money into his propertyWeeks after *** *** roof was completed along with ***s updates that we paid for, he began sending harassing messages to my foreman, office manager, and myselfWe offered to meet with him in person to address his concerns which he scheduled an appointment with myself, and hours before the appointment he cancelled and said he wasn't interested in meeting with me any furtherI assumed the problem was resolved and I moved onNow he is saying that he paid to have his ridge vent re-ventiliated by another company which he removed hisselfAt this point, I feel as though my company had been more than fair to this gentleman even after his demanding, and slandering messages about my businessI have been in the business for years and take pride in our work and we have never had a complain of any kind before because we always put our customers first, but unfortunately in this case there was no pleasing this man
