I purchased a gymnastics bar from Buckaball via their website on 10/07/2012. I received the product on 10/31//2012. The product was broken and did not work correctly. I notified the seller on 11/01/2012 via 3 phone calls and 2 emails. They sent an email to me on 11/08/2012, instructing me to send the bar back to their manufacturer, and informed me that I would receive a refund after the item was received by the maufacturer. The item was delivered to the manufacturer by UPS (tracking # [redacted]) on 11/13/2012 at 10:59 Am and I still not have received my refund of $246.03. I would like a full refund since I returned the goods via the seller's specific instructions.
