I am rejecting this response because: The information regarding the contacts they attempted are untrue My voicemail was never full, I actually reached *** on three different occasions by phone and she told me she would call me back but never responded when I asked for a refund It is true they refunded the payment, but only after repeated calls and emails The details they gave of the "service" they provided are entirely untrue I spent weeks trying to resolve this issue and if it wasn't for my persistence I would still be waiting for a call back and resolution to a fraudulent charge They provided horrible service and now they are lying about their actions instead of taking responsibility

We had scheduled the treatment with the customer after we met with her niece to provide the quoteThere were some scheduling issues due to questions of the location of her chickens during the treatmentWe attempted to return her calls with the number we had in our system, at that time the
voicemail was fullThe credit card has been refunded the full amount of $There was a delay in our response to this complaint, as the email was in our spam folderWe never received a hard copy in the regular mail of this complaint
