I am rejecting this response because: They indicate that their return policy states that it may take 2-weeks to process returns and issue a refund. Attached is a copy of their Return Policy as listed on their Website as of today (6-6-17). No where does it state anything about the 2-week process time. Again, this demonstrates their clear intention of misleading and confusing Senior CitizensAs indicated in my initial request, their Return Policy as listed on their Website must be corrected to reflect their true policy.Sincerely,

I would like to respond to the complaint as Mr*** states we do not put the time required to process a return on our website, and we do.Please see this link:http://www.buckandbuck.com/faq.html#how-do-i-return-somethingIt states clearly that it will take to weeks for a return credit to be fully processed.How do I return something?No authorization from customer service is required when making a return or exchange.We are happy to accept your return or exchange without a receipt, just give us your address and phoneIf you have the invoice, on the back of the invoice which is enclosed in each shipment, you will find instructions on how to handle returnsComplete the form, or, if you cannot locate the invoice, jot down on a piece of paper what you are returning and what action you would like us to take, i.e.: "Returning pair of slippers (44C), size mediumPlease exchange for a size large."
