I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, with one exception, the business is unwilling to extend the warranty on the repaired area.  I will wait until for the business to perform the repairs indicated in the companies response before I deemed the matter resolved.  Thank You.

outside the repaired area 8" to the left.  When we were out to inspect, we notice a couple of water stains in the kitchen ceiling and one water stain in the patio ceiling.  At that time we did not, and we should have offered to fix the new stains. Review: Buck Mtn. repaired a portion of my roof that had been leaking with visible water damage on the ceiling of my kitchen. The repair was completed on 11-21-12 and came with a two-year warranty. Since the repair additional leaks, in the repaired area, occurred, creating more water damage to the kitchen and the adjoining patio area. The ceiling of the patio, which had been painted a few years ago, now is peeling and unsightly. I had emailed the company in late August or early Sept. of 2014 informing them of the inadequate repair and the new leaks. I did not get a response ,

Buck Mtn. did come out to review the repaired area Oct.25, 2014 after failing to make their first scheduled appointment on Oct.20th. Both the owner and the roofer came out to look at the repair. They worked on the roof and told me the original repair had not been done correctly and the area that was repaired previously had several nail holes, creating more leaks. No offer was made to patch and repaint my patio ceiling. Luckily I had not had my kitchen ceiling repainted since the repair was made because the additional leaks created even more water damage.Desired Settlement: I would like Buck Mtn. to patch and paint the ceiling of my patio and extend the warranty on my roof repair for another two years.
