I am rejecting this response because:I just spoke with the Revdex.com office staff about my complaint I failed to respond to the notice sent by Revdex.com on the response from the roofer because I wasn't sure how to answer I needed to call you at Revdex.com to clarify my response Your office staff suggested I send this answer in writing to you to reopen the case.Buck Roofing did contact me and representatives from Buck Roofing, plus the roofing manufacturer came out to resolve the issues with the roof Buck Roofing has made an attempt to repair the roof, but I cannot say the issue is resolved at this time MrBuck is unsure if the work they suggested and performed to repair the roof will work As of today, the roof is still buckled MrBuck said he would stay in touch to see if the buckling resolves over some weeks After that period of time, they are to return and remove the damaged portions of the roof and replace the plywood along with the shingles MrBuck stated that he was able to locate a few bundles of shingles that match my roof to make the repair at a later date I do not know how long the Revdex.com can keep a case open, but the issues we have with our roof may take months to resolve I do not consider the work recently performed by Buck Roofing a complete resolution and repair of the problems Thank you
