Bill was great to work with. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us decide on the stove perfect for our house. Just can't wait for the weather to get cold and try it out.

We had a great experience using Buck Stove. They were easy to work with and quick on delivery.

Recently purchsed a wood stove for one of our shop buildings. The service during both sales and installation were great, and the product itself is everything we had hoped for.

After researching and reviewing what I felt to be the best style and brand of convection grill/smokers I decided on The Holland grill. I found Buck Stove Tulsa to be the local distributor. I went to their location and the owner Bill Dawson was very friendly and helped me select the best model and options for my grill. I highly recommend The Holland Grill. American Made too!!!

We love our Buck Stove! Bill was great to work with, explained everything very well, and helped us make the best choice to fit our fireplace. The installer did a great job as well. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a fireplace insert for the new house we bought, Bill was extremely helpful. He asked for details about our house then showed us what options would be appropriate. I appreciated the fact that he didn't pressure us at all, but answered all of our questions and let us decide which unit to purchase. We went to another store while we were looking and it was obvious Bill was the authority. The purchase and install went as we expected, no surprises and very professional. We can't wait to begin using it this winter. Thanks again Bill.

We were looking to replace our fireplace with a stove. After researching. We wanted a Buck Stove. We went to see Bill. He had exactly what we needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

We recently bought an insert for our fireplace from Buck Stove. Buck Stove Energy Center has a nice showroom with various products. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful to answer our questions about the size of insert for the size of our home, and heating efficiency. Bill was not pushy to make a sale as he could tell we needed to think about such a purchase. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted, upon returning to the store with more questions, Bill was able to redirect us to a different model which was more suitable to our needs. This company was easy to work with and the installation went well.

Wife and I went to store to upgrade our wood burning stove during a remodel of our house. Bill was amazing to work with! Was both very patient and helpful! We love our new Hearthstone stove. It is more efficient, looks MUCH better than the old stove, and keeps the entire house nice and warm. Thanks for everything!

Was looking for a new grill decided on a Holland grill since my Inlaws have had theirs for over 10 years and loved the way it grills, found that Bill carried them in his store and went and picked out a very nice Epic I love it as does my Wife, Bill was very helpfull and definitely will be back. On November 18, 2015, a Buck model 21 Elite wood burning stove was installed in the customer's house that he had previously...

purchased from Buck Stove Energy Center. On Friday November 27 I received a phone call from the customers personal assistant reporting a water leak in the installation. I instructed his assistant to have him call me so I could get more details as well as schedule a time to meet him at his house. I did not hear back from the customer until Monday, December 14th. The customer was clearly agitated with my Office Manager who took his call and became aggressive. My Office Manager turned the phone call over to me. The customer continued the aggressive behavior, ranting about our installer and poor level of customer service. I was unable to respond when the customer stated that he would "take care of the matter" and hung up on me.
History:
Within minutes of the initial call from the customer's assistant, I contacted our installer and notified him of the report. He said that he would contact the customer at that time and would plan on going out to the jobsite the next day if the customer's schedule would permit. That would have been Saturday, November 28th. He was unable to reach the customer. He called the customer's cell phone multiple times per day for the next 5 days (November 27th through December 1st). He also called the customer's office; each time leaving messages with no return.
Since access could not be gained to the customer's property without proper clearance by the customer to assess and repair any issues; there was nothing we could do until we heard back from the customer. We could only assume that the situation had resolved itself or that the customer was unavailable.
Conclusion:
Of course it is our desire to have the opportunity to resolve any customer service issues promptly and completely. We just need the opportunity.

My husband and I wanted a fireplace insert for a long time and just never did it. We finally visited Bill at Buck Stove and couldn't be happier! The hardest part was picking out the stove and since we live in a modular home we worried that the stoves we would be allowed to choose from would not look very nice. Boy was I wrong! We had quite a few questions and one of the things I really liked was a "real person" answered the phone when we called with "just one more question". From the purchase of the stove to the installation in our modular, everything went very smooth and we live almost an hour away. It is a very satisfying feeling to know everything was installed correctly and it will be safe. The new insert/stove will help take the load off our furnace in the winter and bring down our heating bills. Thank you Bill, [redacted] and Buck Stove!
