I was a guest staying the Strathcona Hotel from Friday, July - Sunday, July 15, On Saturday, July 14, 2018, our group came back to the hotel from a weddingMy husband and our friend left the hotel to get some snacks and upon their return they were confronted by six or more security guards who refused them entry into the hotelMy husband showed his ID and was allowed in, but my friend was forcibly removed from the hotel by security guards for absolutely no reasonI unfortunately was asleep at the time and missed phone calls from my friend who was left wandering the streets with nowhere to stayWe are unfamiliar with the area of Victoria and he was left with nowhere to goOur room was not at capacity (queen sized beds) and my husband requested to add him to our room or even buy another room for the night and was refusedAt this hour of the night would the hotel staff not allow a guest to do add another guest (person!) We purposely got a room with queen size beds in c
