On July 6th my brother *** *** passed away at the young age of I cannot say enough about the staff at Sylvan Abbey! Kelly R*** was our Funeral Counselor and did everything in her power to make my brothers celebration of life the greatest!! Without a doubt I know that the day we said our final farewells from here on earth that my brother was smiling down upon usThe service and staff at Sylvan Abbey go unparalleled in the industryThank you Kelly R*** and Sylvan Abbey with all our hearts! The workmanship was very good and the actual workers were pleasant, clean, and competent; however, the management was unresponsive to issues in scheduling and made a difficult situation a nightmare The management also refused to provide a final statement where costs were broken down by labor and materials Although an estimate was signed, the cost of materials was grossly over estimated and not nearly that amount of materials came into the house I paid the bill but I was overcharged I don't know if it was because I am from out of state and acting on behalf of my invalid parents but I have never had a contractor refuse to provide a final itemized bill in my state and I have had several times I have dealt with contractors
