The customer brought the vehicle to the business on/or about August of 2015, stated the problem with the vehicle was leaking antifreeze and other problems I provided a verbal estimate of approximately $plus partsAdvised him that it would take several weeks to repair; he did not make an appointment prior to bringing his vehicle to the businessThere was no "firm" quote or estimate to price and/or parts or a time frame for the completion of the workHe was fine with this process and left his vehicle to be repairedHe stated he did not need the vehicle presently due to the fact that he had other vehicles he could use while his was being repairedIn the meantime several employees of the business incurred severe medical problems which resulted in the business being understaffed by three employees during this time frame which caused the repair time to be extended On the date the customer came to pick up his vehicle his used extremely derogatory language against me in front of two customers (called me a MF)I retrieved his vehicle per his request and had it brought to front of the businessAlthough I was upset with his language and behavior, I did not touch the customer or push himI told him to leave the property or I would call the policeHe continued to curse me and subsequently returned to the business property and displayed a derogatory hand signal at meIt is the business' position that it performed all services requested in a fair an ethical mannerBased on this customer's behavior I will call the police should he ever enter my property in the futureThe customer was not charged any fees for service nor for storage of his vehicle during the time it was on my property awaiting repairs [redacted] ***Owner
