I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] says in his response he finds it interesting that I don't remember who I spoke to. I stated in my original complaint that I had spoken to several people at [redacted]'s but lastly his office...
manager. No, I don't recall her name, but how many office managers do you have? If only one office manager, well, then it had to have been her that I spoke to. What I find interesting is Mr. [redacted] doesn't mention the fact I had one of his employees on camera on servicing the front lawn and never going to the back to service the back. I never canceled their service because I one day decided I no longer needed weed control. I canceled their service for the job that was provided. I tried several times which he mentions me speaking to people at his office to try and rectify the service and again, the person kept telling me I probably had worms. I canceled because the service was unsatisfactory not because I just decided to not use them. If I decided one day to call them up and say "You know what, I decided I just don't need weed control anymore" then I could see a "termination fee" but that's not what happened. I TRIED to give them the opportunity on more than one occasion to fix the issue but I kept getting told I probably had worms. THAT'S why I canceled. The fact that a company would send someone to collections and even bother with going back and forth with a customer who isn't satisfied with a service provided over THIRTY DOLLARS speaks volumes about how petty of a company this is. I didn't expect them to work miracles with only two treatments. I know things wouldn't be 100% after 2 treatments. I wasn't being unreasonable......the grass went from green to brown and was getting worse. THAT'S WHY I CANCELED.....PERIOD. I have already spent too much time on this $30.00 dollar issue and won't be responding to this pettiness anymore. I'm surprised with business ethics like theirs they're still in business.
