This by far the best company in the businessI had them install a garage opener 20+ years ago and had them come out over the years for servce like adjusting the doorThey would make djustments, replace any worn rollers at a very reasonable price by very knowlegable guysIn July 2105, on a weekend of course, I heard a snap and a spring snappedI sent a email to Ed on their website requesting serviceThey called at 8:Monday and said they have a man on the wayThe guy replaced both springs and retuned the entire door, perfect all in less than and hour and the price was goodThis past week, the old opener satrted to do crazy things like opening by itself and stopping partially openI called and they dispatched a guy the same dayDecided to replace the opener, so the next day he returned early to instll the new opener, adjusted so that you can hardly hear it open and close, great price and said they would not charge for the previous day service callWorking great , I would never call anyone else, this is a company you can trust, don't try to make this a do it yourself project, it's not worth it
